1. GENERAL
Although The Wish Pixies sells items designed for children, we do not sell directly to children. Customers under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Every effort is made to accurately represent our products; however, due to digital display differences and the handmade nature of our Pixies, colours and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Import customs or other such taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the purchaser upon delivery.
2. PRIVACY
At The Wish Pixies, we are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not disclose your personal information to other businesses unless it’s required for order processing or shipping.
We never rent, sell, or share customer details with unrelated third parties.
Personal details such as your name, address, email address, and gift-recipient information are collected solely to process and dispatch your order. If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will keep your details only while you remain a subscriber.
By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.
3. SECURITY
Your security is extremely important to us. The Wish Pixies uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect all sensitive information. This technology ensures your personal and payment details are secure.
Your credit-card information is used only to process your order and is not stored on our systems.
4. SHIPPING
Flat-rate delivery charges
● 🇦🇺 Australia (Standard Post): $10.60 AUD
● 🇦🇺 Australia (Express Post): $15.00 AUD
🌎 International (including USA): approximately $28.00 AUD — the exact postage cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight.
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Each Pixie is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
As we are based in regional Cairns, Queensland, postage times may vary:
● Standard Australian orders: 4–7 business days after dispatch
● Express Australian orders: 1–3 business days after dispatch
● International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing
✨ U.S. Customers: Due to recent import regulations, a tariff surcharge is automatically added at checkout. This covers U.S. import duties and handling fees so you can pre-pay and avoid unexpected charges on arrival.
While we make every effort to ensure all items are in stock, sometimes out-of-stock situations can occur. If a product you’ve ordered is unavailable, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss alternatives.
5. INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED PARCELS
If you accidentally provide the wrong address and your parcel is returned to us, we’re happy to resend it once received back safely.
An additional postage fee equal to your original charge will apply:
Standard Australia Post $10.60 | Express Post $15.00 | International approx. $28.00 AUD (calculated at checkout)
6. REFUNDS / RETURNS
1️⃣ Change of Mind Purchases
We’re confident you’ll adore your Pixies, but if your purchase isn’t what you expected, you may return it for a refund of the product price under these conditions:
Refunds for change-of-mind purchases apply to the product price only (not postage).
Return postage is at the customer’s expense and will be the same as your original postage charge.
Items must be returned in full, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
2️⃣ Faulty or Damaged Products
If your Pixie arrives in less than perfect condition, we’ll happily offer a refund or replacement and cover return postage.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is required at checkout. Shipping and insurance (if applicable) appear separately.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
All prices are in AUD and include 10 % GST where applicable.
For international orders, you are responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
8. COLOUR & HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
Colours may appear differently across screens and browsers.
Each Pixie is handcrafted, hand-illustrated, and printed in small batches, so slight variations in fabric texture, print placement, or colour tone may occur. As we batch-dye many of our items and due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot guarantee colour reproduction will be exactly as shown online.
These small differences make every Pixie truly unique — a one-of-a-kind treasure with its own story and charm.
We take great care to preserve the quality and whimsical spirit of every Wish Pixie, ensuring each one carries its own little bit of magic ✨
9. HANDLING
Each order is prepared, wrapped, and packaged with care in our Cairns studio.
Once lodged with Australia Post, your parcel is in their care. While we can’t take responsibility for postal delays, damages, or losses, we’ll always assist by lodging an enquiry on your behalf.
10. TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT & DESIGN RIGHTS
All content, designs, illustrations, sewing patterns, product concepts, images, text, and written material featured on The Wish Pixies website, social media, packaging, and products are protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
This includes (but is not limited to):
● Wish Pixie characters, stories, and names
● Pixie artwork, illustrations, and photography
● Pixie sewing patterns, templates, and design shapes
● Cuddles Doll designs and accessories
● Pixie Pod designs and decorative packaging elements
The name The Wish Pixies, all associated character names, and their stories are the intellectual property of The Wish Pixies.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used in any form — digital or physical — without prior written permission.
✨ Please Note: Any free digital downloads or printable artwork from our website are for personal use only and must not be resold, modified, or distributed commercially.
We love seeing our Pixies shared online — please credit @thewishpixies as the original source when posting photos or content 💛
11. WHOLESALE, LICENSING & COLLABORATIONS
Wholesale or licensing enquiries for The Wish Pixies brand, artwork, or product designs must be made in writing to hello@thewishpixies.com.
12. LIABILITY
The Wish Pixies takes great care to ensure all products are made to a high standard of quality and safety. However, as each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur.
All products are intended for gentle play and decorative use only and are not suitable for rough handling or for children under 3 years of age without supervision.
By purchasing from The Wish Pixies, you acknowledge that use of our products is at your own discretion and risk. The Wish Pixies is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, modification, or improper care of our products.
🌸 Our Pixies are made for gentle play and imagination. We recommend that little ones enjoy them under the loving watch of an adult, especially children under 3 years of age.

By using this website, you agree not to copy, download, reproduce, or distribute any of The Wish Pixies’ content, images, or artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
