Shipping 

Shipping is calculated based on weight for all orders shipped within Australia and $15 for Express Post 0-1kg and $25 for Express Post 1-5 kg.
International orders are shipped at varying rates dependant on the country.

All orders over the value of $150 AUD and under 3kgs in weight, are shipped free of charge to anywhere within Australia.

The Pixie Treehouses, which are over 3kgs, will incur an additional shipping fee, due to their size and weight. The charge will vary depending on the weight and destination state within Australia (for medium size) or country (small size).

As the Shipping Option is selected at the Checkout, if the correct option has not been selected, we will notify you before your order is due to be shipped and provide a payment link so shipping is not delayed.


As most items we produce are hand made to order, we strive to have your order ready for shipment within 3 - 10 business days of receiving it. Requests can be made in writing for more urgent deliveries prior to an order being made, and we will accomodate where we can.

We post orders every MONDAY & THURSDAY via Australia Post delivery service.

While we make every effort to ensure all our items are in stock, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Pre-orders

Most pre-order items will be ready in 4-6 weeks of purchase. We will update you by email as to the progress of your order. Please request any 'need by' dates in writing and we will inform you if this will not be possible.


Incorrectly Addressed Parcels

If you accidentally provide the wrong address when placing your order and your parcel is returned to us, we’re more than happy to resend it once it arrives safely back.

Unfortunately, Australia Post charges us to resend parcels, so an additional postage fee will apply.
The resend fee will be equal to your original postage charge, based on the service selected at checkout:

Standard or Weight-Based Post within Australia: same as the rate originally paid at checkout

Express Post: $15.00–$20.00 AUD depending on parcel weight

International Orders: re-shipment cost varies by country and will be re-calculated before dispatch

We’ll always contact you before resending your parcel to confirm the correct address and arrange payment for the new postage so there are no delays in getting your order back on its way.
Refunds/Returns

 

💛 1. General Returns / Change of Mind Purchases

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase from The Wish Pixies, but if your order isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out to us at hello@thewishpixies.com — we’ll always do our best to assist and resolve any concerns.

If you change your mind about an item and it’s not faulty, we’re happy to provide a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) once the item has been returned in its original condition.


In this case:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Please note: refunds are not available for seconds, samples, sale, or end-of-line items.


🌸 2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

We’ll happily cover the cost of return postage for any faulty or damaged items. Products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Payment
Payment is required at the time you place your order. Shipping and insurance (if applicable) will be shown separately at checkout.
We accept secure payments through our website via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Our default currency is Australian Dollars (AUD). You can view approximate prices in other currencies using the currency converter displayed on our product pages, however all payments are processed in Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate determined by your payment provider.

If your order is being delivered outside of Australia, you are responsible for paying any sales, customs, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes imposed by your destination country’s authorities.
