APPLYING FOR WHOLESALE:
To apply for a wholesale account, please fill in our Wholesale Application Form we will endeavour to get back to you within a few business days. If your application is successful, you will be set up with a wholesale account which will allow you access to the wholesale section of our online store.
We are now condensing our wholesale ordering into windows to allow us more accuracy in production. For more information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the hand made nature of our product, we are only able to supply limited numbers of wholesale clients each season. This may mean that wholesale access will be re-assessed each season.
HOW TO ORDER:
To place an order, you will need to be logged into your wholesale account on our website. You will then have access to our collection in wholesale prices. You can shop the store and place your order and payment directly.
All prices are listed in AUS dollars and include GST.
We do not offer any discount codes or special offers on our Wholesale Collection.
A minimum order of $500 is required on opening orders. All new customers must pay in full prior to orders being made with the shipping charge due prior to dispatch.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Stripe, Paypal, and Direct Deposit are all accepted forms of payment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Turn around times will be advised when we announce the wholesale ordering dates. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your invoice for payment prior to dispatch. For international customers, please keep in mind shipping costs as everything is shipped from Australia. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact The Wish Pixies by email - firstname.lastname@example.org - within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to offer consignment.
